Does anyone else feel although they spend ages putting their baby to sleep for them to sleep 0.5 seconds 😭 I’m literally losing my mind

Yes was literally JUST thinking about how hard it is to keep up with wake windows and naps. Did anyone tell you that you’ll have no luck with sleep training unless you get wake windows right? I must’ve missed the memo… Good luck trying if baby is undertired or overtired btw!!!!!

How old is your baby lovely? For as long as i can remember I've been putting my almost 11 month old baby in her bed awake. Now she has her bedtime bottle in there and she falls asleep straight after drinking it but when she was younger I would sit on my bed next to her crib so she knew I was there but I wouldn't look at her or speak to her and she would just drift off xx

If it’s taking ages then give up and try again later. It shouldn’t take ages. Best thing I learnt was when to give up, play with them a bit longer and then try again later.

Yup we are at the stage of she needs a nap but a nap means a late bed time. No nap days shes asleep at 7/7:15. Nap days any time between 9:15 to 10pm. I just sit and cuddle her till she falls asleep because otherwise she just runs around like the crazy loony she is.
