Sleep regression at 10 weeks?

Hi ladies. My little boy is almost 11 weeks old but for the past week he has taken a step back in being able to nap and sleep for any length of time. We had made big improvements in terms of him being able to sleep for around 2 1/2 hours independently at a time each night and whilst naps in the day remained inconsistent he was at least getting them in. Now we are in a position where naps are impossible, he will occasionally sleep on me but for maybe only 10 minutes at a time before waking himself up and at night he only sleeps for 1 hour at a time. I've heard of the 4 month sleep regression but we're not there yet and I'm also thinking, can he regress anymore than this 🙈🥴 or maybe he's just going through the regression early? Anyone been in a similar position?

It’s not really a regression but sleep does get affected around 6-10 weeks. Babies kind of "wake up" to the world as their vision improves and they start realising they’re not in a dark womb anymore. Try to keep all naps and night sleep consistent in the same place in the dark and it should improve after a couple/a few days

How long are you sterilising bottles?

I did it for the full year as advised with my son but I also find it a little pointless after weaning starts?😅 I’m not sterilising every spoon, plate, cup, bowl etc and didn’t with my son either🤷🏼‍♀️

4 month regression

Anyone else going through the 4 month regression?
I’m struggling so much with it. She was just being affected in the day with naps but now it’s affecting her night time sleep too 😭😅

Sleeping help!

My 6 month old is now too big for her next to me, it’s tilting with her weight and she is not sleeping well due to this but is still not ready fully for her cot, she has had the odd nap successfully but that is hit and miss? 🤷🏻‍♀️
