Husband being weird

So I’m 8 months postpartum and I’m starting to feel more like myself and like I can do things outside of trying to survive with my baby. I will admit that I had some pretty difficult time getting back into sex with my husband, especially because I’m the sole one taking care of the baby (my first, never have even babysat), but I have been having sex more often, even if I’m not 100% in the mood for it. My husband has been complaining and moaning about how I’m not doing it as much as I used to, and that I should be doing it all the time and can take a break for a moment from the baby. Yes, he has acknowledged that I’ve been making an effort to do it more, but he’s also still complaining. Tonight, when I got back from visiting with my baby at my mom’s, he’s been super weird with me. I asked for a hug and he said “yeah, do whatever you need to do” but when I asked if he didn’t want one or if he wanted to give me a kiss, he was like “I’m just not in the mood.” But it’s almost in like a petty tone, not actually sounding drained or like he needs some alone time (which I get). He’s chatting with me and being around me otherwise, just won’t be affectionate. I honestly don’t mind if that’s really how he feels tonight, but it came out of nowhere and I feel like he’s doing it to be petty because I didn’t have sex yesterday or today (he got home later and I had to do stuff for the baby yesterday, and I was visiting with my mom tonight and had to get the baby to bed earlier because she refused a nap). Am I overthinking this?

You’re not overthinking it. I think a lot of new moms go through this after having a baby. Your body, your mind, and your whole life change, and it takes time to feel like yourself again. Sex shouldn’t feel like an obligation or something you have to do to keep your husband happy.

It’s great that you’re making an effort, but your husband also needs to understand that intimacy is not just about sex. Feeling supported, appreciated, and loved often helps desire come back naturally. Taking care of a baby all day is exhausting, and you deserve compassion too.

I would try talking to him when you’re both calm and not during a disagreement. Tell him how his comments and his distance make you feel, and ask him what he really needs too. Hopefully you can both work on reconnecting without either of you feeling pressured or rejected

Condoms - Is he lying??

My husband is a baby about wearing condoms. He literally refuses because apparently they’re so tight it restricts the blood flow and then he cant feel anything. I asked if he needs a Magnum instead and he said yes probably.
Like yeah his penis is kinda girthy but I wouldn’t say it’s that huge?? Is he lying or has anyone else’s man said something similar.

Second guessing.

I feel awful writing this but I need to get it out of my brain instead of it festering.

Im currently just over 9 weeks pregnant and im having the overwhelming feeling Im making a huge mistake. Im second guessing my relationship aswell as I can't stand my partner at the moment. Im finding him self centred and I dont think he realises how hard im finding this pregnancy especially as im high risk. Our communication is completely missed he thinks im snapping when im not so then we end up having an argument. He works 10 hour days and pisses me off because he seems to think I should be on top of the house work and have a meal on the table!

Im very perplexed at the minute.

Friends

This is a long one so bear with me….

Can anyone else relate to this or is it just me I actually don’t have anyone I go to baby groups put myself out there and get nothing.
I don’t really have anyone at all friends wise I spend most of my time on my own with my children I can’t even meet up with any other mums and do fun things.
I have tried everything groups local social media groups and nothing I did a PANDAS course recently as I suffered badly with postnatal depression after my second baby was born I had a really traumatic time and now it’s just hit me so much again especially with 6 weeks for my oldest being stuck at home no routine.
I try and get out on my own but there is only so much of my own company I can do I have thought about going on tablets but I just can’t bring myself to do it if I am honest I wanted to try the therapy which works for a while and then that’s it.
I just want some kind advice I have tried everything to put myself out there I even bumped into a mum at a supermarket arrange a coffee meet up I messaged her and was ghosted she was really up for it’s been 2 months and I got nothing back.
I have exhausted everything and I don’t know what to do I just want a mum who understands.
Also my family aren’t understanding I have a brother who don’t speak to me for some reason I haven’t done anything wrong btw and my in laws and husbands siblings aren’t that great 😭

Do you know anyone who ended up with a front gina after a tummy tuck?

I read many comments online about people experiencing front gina or ab gina after a tummy tuck. My mom had one and I'm tempted to ask her about it. I considered a tummy tuck but I currently enjoy the way I pee.
