Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh 😌 why is everything so slow, I found out at 3 weeks, and I'm now 4 weeks 1 day. I don't want to wish the time away but also... 👀

Poop

Is anyone else (I'm in the early first trimester 5 weeks) afraid to poop? I have IBS-C and I'm terrified of straining to go poop. I'm scared I'll confuse my body and loose my baby. Please tell me I'm not alone and maybe more importantly, that my baby is going to be fine

Pregnant 🤰🏽

Hi! I’m pregnant with baby number 2. My first baby is only 15months old. I was ready for another baby which is why we started trying but I think it happened faster than I expected. And I’m feeling the mom guilt and currently sobbing knowing everything is going to change and it won’t just be my daughter and I anymore. And trying to soak everything up but also just exhausted. Please tell me all the words of wisdom or just that someone knows how I feel 😭

Advice Please 🙏

My planned section is a week today!

Now leading up to this my anxiety has been hell on earth. My first was a planned and was amazing. So I’m having another planned but worried I go early and don’t get my section. I’ve a lot of health anxiety struggles from my past and had a miscarriage before.

Question - how on earth do I get from now until next Friday without over analysing every single symptom because it feels like a lifetime away.

Excited but so unbelievably nervous, and every sensation in my body I think is this it am I in labour? 🫣🫣🫣 just want him here safely.

Glucose Test

I went for a 32 week growth scan today because my previous baby was small at birth. Whilst baby’s growth looked fine, my fluid levels were measuring a bit high so they’ve booked me in for a glucose test next week. I feel quite anxious about it because I’ve heard the drink can make you feel really sick. I’m quite a nauseous person anyway - like I’m worried about how I’m going to manage the car sickness in the drive over to the hospital/ when having my blood taken if I haven’t eaten or drank something other than water in 10 hours.

Does anyone have any tips for keeping the drink down for the 2 hours? I’m already planning on bringing some ice water and a handheld fan

Pelvic Pain

I started having really bad pelvic pain that wouldn’t go away at 3:00 am this morning so we decided to head to labor and delivery. They tested me for a yeast infection and UTI, but all came back normal. They did a cervix check and said I’m dilated to a 1 but said to just watch and keep an eye on it and if I get contractions that keep coming to come back in. I’m still having some pelvic pressure tho and I hope it goes away soon. I had my first child at 34 weeks due to preeclampsia and I’m currently 34 weeks so I’m starting to get nervous! Let hope she stays in longer!

Pregnant… baby no2

I’ve just took a test and it’s a clear as day plus!!! My baby is 8 months old🥹 couldn’t stop crying when I took it! Makes so much sense now but really need a sit down with my partner and also to know I’m not alone. My sister in law is pregnant with baby no2 and the age gap will be about 18 months. Waiting to take a digital test too. Just feel weird🥹
