Don’t feel sad about him turning 1

I don’t feel sad about my baby turning 1 at all! Does this make me emotionally stunted 😂anyone else the same?

I won’t lie, I’m constantly saying to my husband “in a few years parenting will be easy” 😂 we have a 3 year old and an almost 1 year old and I’m like “when they’re 8 and 6…..” I’ve never been sad about them growing up however because I know my second is my last baby I do sometimes see newborn clothes and get sad I’ll never have one again 🤦🏻‍♀️

Im absolutely more excited about every next stage than sad about the last one, though smiley potato mode at 4 months was very cute and easier to deal with than 11 month old almost walking 😆

I felt like this with my first, every stage was better than the last! But my second is defo my last baby so im sad this time, and shes a nice easy going baby, very fat and squidgy, so im going to miss it this time.

Glucose results

I’m sooo irritated maybe thinking irrational idk. So today I took my glucose test, I’m currently 16 wks. The results just came back it’s 180. Like wtf beside coffee I had yesterday afternoon I only drink water. I blow thru a half a gallon a day sometimes a lil more. So I’m like how was my numbers high like that?!? I don’t even remember what I had for dinner last night to be able to say maybe that. This am I didn’t eat nothing and after my appointment I crash. I always do. I start my job Monday and I know they bout to try to get me to do another appointment 3hrs long. Then between 26&28wks do it again. I’m not bout to lose this upcoming job I’m a single mom with 3 babies been living off my tax money that’s running out. Haven’t worked since I found out I was pregnant in May. stomach virus activated my pregnancy symptoms in hd. I’m 37 years old I know I’m high risk they made a point of telling me but if I don’t start this job we will be homeless money is running out. I’m questioning if my stress levels have anything to do with my numbers being elevated but I doubt it. I just need some advice please. I’m rambling cuz I know I’m going to refuse it and say wait til my 26-28wk appointment which will give me time to be able to get my schedule where I’m off on Wednesdays so I can be home sick af. Never experienced this before with my boys I’ve had issues with intaking sugar and with this pregnancy it’s the only boy symptom I’ve been experiencing but she is a girl confirmed by nipt and ultrasound. I’ve never been a sugar girl I love salty stuff so im just 🤯

Induction

Hello I was informed earlier today by my midwife they are recommending me to be induced as baby is on the larger size (9ib ish ) at 36 weeks . What does this involve please .

anyone who has been pregnant before been told their baby was on the 95th percentile and turned out not to be the case? through my bump measurements and one scan they’re all showing over the 95th line, hoping this might not be the case but was it accurate for you??

Pea sized lump on vagina (labia majora)

Has anyone experienced this during pregnancy?

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and noticed pea-sized lumps on my labia majora (the outer lip). It isn’t huge, but it hurts more when I’m standing or walking than when I’m resting. I don’t have a fever or anything else concerning, just the painful lump.

Has anyone had something similar? What did it end up being, and did your OB have you come in right away or tell you to monitor it? I’ll be calling my OB tomorrow, but I’m curious if anyone has gone through this before.
