Hi! I know people always say the first comes late, but my husband was 3 weeks early and just over 10lbs and I was over a week early and just under 9lbs, and our baby I measuring ahead by a few weeks (I know the 15% margin of error lol), so I’m trying to just have us prepared by November 1 since we’re due 12/3.
Has anyone here experienced having their first coming early just because they were “ready” to come out sooner? Inductions count, but I told my OB I only want one if I absolutely have to do it.
Just trying to be practical here and not feel crazy for wanting to have everything done an entire month before the due date including packed hospital bags and the car seat in the car 😅

Yes I’m a first time mummy to a baby boy and my waters broke at 35 weeks on there own and ended up getting induced at 37 weeks!!😅 and I thought I had extra time so had to rush get everything before I went into hospital to have him x

No induction had mine at 39+3 and 39+1. My mum however went over 41 weeks with both me and my sister so I think it's a lot to do with the person.

I had mine at 41+1 weeks, 2 days before our induction. My husband was a premie and 2 months early my baby weighed 3.6kgs

i went into labor 3 days before my due date and my girl was born on her due date!

My 1st was 8lb9oz and came at 41+1

Mine wasn’t really “early” she came at 39+1 she just didn’t want to stay in for another week, probably bc she had no space she came out with a bent foot too😭😭😭

Had mine at 41+4 with an induction. I was born “late” as well 🤣 makes sense since we are still always running late to this day haha xx

i had a natural induction and she came a week early

Son came naturally at 40+1 he was 8.2lb, daughter had to be induced at 38weeks due to fast heart she was 7.1lb

Overdue! Due 4/8/23 came 4/13/23 induction scheduled and started 4/12 he refused to come out so i had a emergency Csection 4/13 no complications 💙 currently pregnant with my daughter hopefully she comes early or on time that being overdue stuff gets old QUICK

My first came on his due date. The very first date they gave me at 6 weeks pregnant. 40 weeks to the day! lol. July 4th!!
My second was a week early at 9lbs
3rd, 3 weeks early at 7.5lbs
4th 1 week early at 6lbs 3 oz
Labor started naturally for all of these deliveries.

My MIL also claims my husband was multiple weeks early and 8+ pounds (I can't remember the exact numbers)
She also says he was conceived right after their wedding, so......

My 1st came at 39 weeks but only because I had to be induced for ICP

My girl was about a week early. Was supposed to be due 12/3 and had her 11/26. I started packing about a month away as well just to be prepared!
