Cold vs warm breast milk

Hi guys, I’m really stressed after my baby had her 2 month appointment. He has stopped drinking as much milk. I’m exclusively pumping. And up until his shots he was drinking cold milk pretty regularly and without difficulty since about 2 weeks. For the last two days hasn’t been on his regular schedule. Today I tried giving him room temp milk and seemed to do well. Did anyone else have a similar experience where their baby developed an aversion to cold milk out of the blue? I’m not sure if the loss of appetite is due to the cold milk or just post vaccine phase.

Need some serious input for a very worried momma 🙏🏽

My first kid refused cold milk for the first year! I preferred him to have enough fluids rather than not so I heated his milk that whole time and would just try and offer it cold first.

Nappies

Super random. But has anybody used nappies like this before, I was gifted them for my baby shower and threw the packaging away & I love them! But I can't find the brand of the nappies to buy more 😭😭

Routine

Is my baby meant to be in a routine by now?

She usually sleeps 7pm-5am but I feel like is this too big a gap?

I have tried pushing naps about but she gets besides her overtired.

Mental health

Since baby has been born I've had this adrenaline spike and it's just continued. Idk how to explain it other than I'm just running at 150% all the time? I walk really fast, my minds going really fast, I'm super quick with my hands. I can change a nappy in less than 10 seconds.

I've been like this since baby has been born. I thought it'd go away but it's continued.

I'm really efficient at everything but it's starting to take it's toll and I'm really scared that I'm going to "crash". I become like a robot and forget my feelings it's like I'm on autopilot all the time.

Does this sound like I'm unstable? Idk what's wrong with me tbh, and idk how to resolve this.

How do you know when your 2 year old ‘loves’ something?

I feel so stupid asking this but when I hear people say oh my child loves Toy Story or lighting McQueen, I just wonder how they know that 🤣😅 my son doesn’t really watch telly if he does it only Miss Rachel occasionally to try and help with his speech but there isn’t anything he loves as such so I just wonder how people know or is it for me introduce something like that and see how he takes to it even though he wouldn’t just sit and watch telly anyway

Baby vomit or spit up?

This afternoon my 5 week old brought up her milk (she had just had 2 ounces of formula and about 20 minutes before 2 ounces of breast milk) and she went a bit pale after but quickly got her colour back. It was quite a lot and it came out her nose as well. She doesn’t feel hot she feels normal temperature. She has also slept a lot this afternoon, wet and dirty nappy’s have been normal. She has had some breast milk since nearly 2 ounces.

Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I be taking her to see someone asap or just keep an eye?

I just didn’t like that she went pale after. It was just the once and my partner said it’s normal for baby’s to be sick like that sometimes and that’s the first time she’s brought her milk up like that. I’m a first time mum and just really anxious about her health. She does spit up but usually just in her mouth and swallows it again.
