How far along?

Is it maybe round ligament?

I had a lot of sharp pains/cramps with all 3 of my pregnancies, usually starting around 5-6 weeks. I just figured it was everything loosening up/growing! If you don't have any other concerns, I wouldn't worry too much.

It could also be implantation! I could feel my baby and where they were as early as that and then beyond until they've gotten big enough to change to flutters. As long as it doesn't feel like period cramps and no spotting, I'd assume to wait as things progress. Have you had your first ultrasound yet? Are you experiencing any other early symptoms? I'm sorry this is weighing on your mind! The wait in the beginning is the worst and Google is a cesspool of so much info that can be confusing! Look up happy stories if you can! That helped to ease my mind in the beginning too. I hope things ease and progress for you and your new little one!

I think it depends on where they are located and how long they last and if anything can help them (like laying down) random sharp cramps here and there in the first trimester are very common, but cramps that don't go away and are very constant and in one area aren't a good sign 🖤

Could very well be implantation cramps! I wouldn’t worry unless you have some heavy bleeding. You may see some light spotting if it is implantation, just a heads up! Since they’re moving around and random, I wouldn’t be too concerned, personally. Just keep an eye out. 🫶🏻
