Premenopause at 29???

I have a feeling I've hit pre menopause at 29. I know it sounds crazy. But i get random hot flashes. My face feels like its about to explode but its just my face. Even if its freezing cold. I get a deep sense of rage out of nowhere I could I actually punch someone. Everything irritates me. My head hurts I have body aches. My period i regular though. Am.i going crazy here??

What if you are a month post partum and you had sex and you didn’t have your period what does that mean? I don’t feel tired or nauseous or anything what should I do

Postpartum symptoms

I’m an older FTM at 37 and really struggling with postpartum in a physical sense. I’m now 18 months pp. however experiencing symptoms like women going through early menopause.

Awful hot sweats, achey joints, swelling in hands/legs/feet. Absolutely vile mood swings, low mood, fatigue and brain fog. The list is endless. I’ve seen doctors and on paper I’m healthy but my body is definitely screaming otherwise at me.

Has anyone experienced anything similar postpartum and is this normal. Will things return to normal or has pregnancy triggered some kind of early menopause!?
