Has anyone had their older kids given more attitude or get in trouble more with a new born?

Just went through this with my three year old. It was like a switch flipped and she was a completely different kid. I don’t know how old your kiddos are but it started getting better when I started asking her to “help” me when I was doing things with the baby. I would ask her to old on to the diapers and cream and hand them to me when needed them or to help me carry the bottle into the other room after I made it just little things. And of course I make sure that we still have time together just the two of us as mich as I can. She’s still absolutely a threenager and sassy but it’s getting better my baby is almost three months old.

Generational gap and issues with parents

My mother is here visiting my husband and I. She helps with a few household chores etc. I have problems with low milk supply and excessive formula supplementation. I’m trying to establish breast feeding but I don’t make enough milk. So I pump in addition to triple feed my baby.

My mother washed the pump parts and assembled them incorrectly. I wasted 45 min pumping and getting next to nothing in milk output. I told her that. She said if I don’t like her being here she will go back home. She said I should reschedule her tickets. Oh well..

The more grown I am, now with a 2 month old baby boy, I am starting to realize that my mother actually is of little help towards me. This is a sad realization but I don’t think I intend to visit or see her again once she leaves. She may not come back to visit us again also.

Has anyone else felt distanced from their mothers due to generational age gap, cultural biases, changing expectations and different standards of living? My mother lives in India.

He takes a supplement and goes to the pub. He's older than me. Has 2 grown up kids from a previous marriage. Loves me and says he wants this but his actions make me feel alone in this.

When did you get a positive test?

First baby was a surprise so this is my first experience ttc. Currently 8dpo and I see people getting faint positives on tiktok but mine was negative this morning with fmu. What did you get your first positive?

I’m pregnant again

I don’t know what to do, around 2 AM me and my friend(who’s a mom to eight month old baby girl and I’m in Mom to a five month baby boy) we took pregnancy test as a joke and her came back negative but mine came back positive. It is currently 6 AM and I have taken over 10 test. I don’t know what to do. I was not prepared or anything and I don’t have the money for a second child right now.

Change in digital test

Morning, I’m 5 weeks 5 days, has anyone had their clear blue digital change weeks mine has been 3+ for a week or so and when I tested around 30 mins ago it had gone to 2-3 weeks I also did the rapid detection test with the same urine and this was the result. Has anyone had theirs change?
