I’m 2 weeks postpartum and I have 35 bags of 7ozs breast milk frozen plus around 15ozs in the fridge and baby is still on the boob with bottles would this be classed as an oversupply?
How do I manage this with clogged ducts? I luckily haven’t had any yet and I only pump 3-4 times a day depending on my comfort level I just don’t want to overdo my body

Pump after feeding your little one. I started off with an oversupply and never had a clogged duct. I slowly began pumping less. Once in the morning, once midday and once at night after feeding. Or if you want to lower your supply you can pump before feeds and give your little one a bottle from that milk and only pump 3-4 times a day because

You have an oversupply for the first 6-8 weeks and then your milk regulates. Only pump to relieve pressure, not to fill the freezer or you'll be stuck with an oversupply for your entire journey which SUCKS.

It depends do you want to continue to have this much? Are you wanting to pump that much. You already have a lot so you could start going down once or twice pumping and keeping baby on boob the other times. If you want to continue having this much or want to do a lot of bottles like if you go back to work then I’d continue
