Hand massage the breast for a bit first, use the syringe to get the liquid directly from the nipple - bit awkward, my partner had to help, but better than losing some to a pump. Pretty sure iirc I was getting about 0.5-2ml at a time, I just done it loads and ended up with a stock pile 🤣 any amount is amazing for baby so just get what you can, the more you do it the easier it gets x

Thanks! Yeah my husband helped it’s fiddly. I got a tiny drop really quickly and was like great then that was it 🤣 I did all that but saw online a shower first might help so might try that. Thank you xx
