Guys I'm gonna lose it on my 6 month old. He doesn't sleep and it's driving me insane. He slept for 6 hours, feed, then 4 more hours from 2 months to 4 months but once he turned 4 months he started waking up every 2-3 hours and now once he turned 5 months he's been waking up every hour and it hasn't stopped. I'm not used to this as my 4 year old slept through the night since he was 1 month. 0 problems with him, 0 sleep training needed. But this new one, will not sleep in the crib. When we give up around 3 or 4am and move him to the big bed or in his little rocker chair he will sleep for another 3 or 4 hours with no disruptions. And when we pick him up from the crib he usually stops crying immediately and goes back to sleep so he clearly hates the crib. But I'm also trying to start to sleep train him a bit because I don't want him to get used to this routine of us coming to get him and move him to a new location. But I've never sleep trained before! And I'm losing my patience with him in the middle of the night! I keep having to tell myself "he's just a baby he's just a baby he's just a baby" so I don't lash out. And yes my husband does help, but he's the one who immediately wants to bring him to the rocker chair and he'll sleep on the cough next to him. Which I appreciate cause then I can get some hours of sleep, but at the same time I told him we need to sleep train him. But my husband doesn't want to lose sleep over letting him cry. Idk. I'm at a loss. I'm exhausted. And patience is wearing thin. Is anyone else going through this at 6 months? Any advice? Encouraging words?

My baby has started wanting to sleep on his side/belly but can’t get himself into the position so he’s currently waking up every 20 minutes in his cot but if I hold him he will go sleep or if I lay him on his side. I’ve googled it and apparently 6 months figure out they wanna sleep in different positions
