Am I going insane for already wanting a second baby?!

My body feels fully healed and my body is craving another baby biologically!

I know it is not the best economical timing nor the best timing spacewise when we live in a 2-bed but part of me is urging for another child

I absolutely hated being pregnant and I am not looking forward to it whenever we decide to have our second baby - but my biological clock and my own baby makes me say; YUP, COME ON GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE!

Does anyone else have this at 6 months postpartum? 😂 best way I can describe it is like when I was addicted to smoking and craved a cigarette (horrible comparison but it is the best way I can describe it)

I feel the same!! I had such a traumatic birth with a emergency c-section and a preemie. Yet its like my brain has forgotten that and is begging for a second 🤣🤣 my very scarred husband is like nope I need recovery time and wants to wait at least 2 years to even have the chat for the second. But that addiction is screaming at me 🤣🤣 i totally get this!!!! If we could do the baby part without the pregnancy and birth bit I would have a house full 🤣🤣

haha yes, same! i just had my second, there’s 23 months between him and my first, but i’ve got such an urge for a third 😂 we’d agreed on two but i keep telling him “you never know!” 😂 my sister in law is pregnant and i’m actually jealous!

hormones are ridiculous!

I was 6 months pp when I got pregnant with my second and now have a 15 month age gap. Please for the sake of your body wait until your at least a year pp. You might feel healed but two pregnancies that close together are really hard work and you can't even rest the way you did the first time as you're looking after a baby still.

I wouldn't change it for the world but I'm aiming for more of a 21 month gap this time to let my body heal and get healthier again

Absolutely not! 😀 My February baby is my second and they have a two year gap....if i was younger I would have waited at least 4 years for a second...it's very hard if you don't rely on relatives or grandparents nearby because essentially they are both babies. But everyone decides for themselves ☺️ if that's what you want then hope it works out!

I have a lot of respect for people who have kids with smaller gap than 2 years, truly superheroes 😁.
My husband and I are very much done with our two little ones, don't gete wrong we absolutely adore them and can't imagine our family without them but it's just hard at the beginning at least with two very small children, now I see glimpses of things getting a bit better but there are still days when I go to bed absolutely shattered 😁
The transition from one to two is tough. Now I feel like I can look after one with eyes closed 😀.
Good luck though, it will happen how it's supposed to happen.

I had that urge at 6 months pp with my oct 24 girly, currently feeding my 6 month old boy back to sleep 🤣

My Feb baby is my first and I have felt the same since about 2 months pp 😅

Breech baby - Csection

Hey everyone, so I'm 39+4 today and yesterday I went for a growth scan which then revealed that baby is extended breech so I'm having a csection. They said they would ring me with a date but with me being due on sunday I'm worried about naturally going into labour.. Has anyone else ever been in this situation and if so how long was you waiting to hear when your section is?

Just getting so fed up now, especially in this heat too!!

One to one time with baby

I am now a mum of three. I’ve just had two days alone at home with my newborn. Wow it has been so peaceful and I feel like I’ve been able to relax and connect with him more than usual! If your baby is your first I know it’s tough but seriously soak it all up and enjoy the peace. I forgot just how lovely it is to have a newborn 🥰 now I’m looking forward to their next camping trip in two weeks time already 🤣

I’m pregnant.

I was 7 days late and finally took a test last night. Pregnant with baby #3.
I didn’t know that my last blunt two nights ago would be my last. I would’ve enjoyed it more lol. Smoke one for me. 💛 I do not smoke during pregnancy so this is about to be a long 9 months lol.

Has anyone been cleared 4 weeks postpartum?

I’m currently 2 weeks postpartum and I feel great honestly I’m loving motherhood and everything is a lot easier than I thought it would be this is my first child I had no symptoms or complications my entire pregnancy and labor went great my water broke at 6 am and baby girl was born at 3:30pm I’ve always been very athletic and before I found out I was pregnant I was supposed to be playing tackle football for a woman’s team in RVA I’m also a gymnast and run track and although I don’t compete anymore I still train hopefully to start competing again within the next year and I’m ready to get back into the gym I know not everyone is the same and the standard is 6 weeks and even then they still want you to take it easy but I’m ready to get back in the gym and start working out so I can get my body ready to start training again has anyone been cleared at 4 weeks to start working out?? Or do I just I have to wait it out i hate sitting around and not doing anything my entire pregnancy my husband had to constantly tell me to sit down lol I understand the importance of my body to healing I just expected postpartum to be completely different because of everything I’ve heard
