Agreed 🙈 except one wall of our house has decided it’s going to fall down so we are in temporary accommodation and I’m not sure if it will be fixed before I’m due!

36 weeks and really getting to the point where I’m feeling fed up and the time is starting to drag. But equally I’m so aware of what else needs to be done before baby comes 😩

Please tell me I’m not crazy and there’s definitely a line there 😬

I know I was impatient and tested early (9 dpo) but I’m sure that’s a line. But then I second guess myself 🫠

Painful sex?

I’m 8 weeks post c section and have tried to have sex twice but it’s extremely painful around the opening and also a sharp pain deep inside. Has anyone else experienced this and does it get better?

Does anyone else feel guilty about having a C-section? 😭

I had a C-section, and it definitely wasn’t the birth I wanted. I had everything planned out and really wanted to have a vaginal birth. I know not everything goes according to plan, and I completely understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. My baby girl was breech and I had low fluid, so she got stuck in that position. I also wasn’t dilated at all, so they didn’t even try to flip her. I ended up having her at 37w5d.

People think I’m being dramatic when I say I absolutely hated my C-section and wish I never had to experience it. I also hate when people tell me that “a C-section is better and easier than a vaginal birth.” Maybe that was the experience for some people, but it definitely wasn’t mine. I hated mine so much.

For a while, I felt like I failed because I couldn’t have the vaginal birth I had wanted. I feel like I’m mourning the birth experience I thought I was going to have, and that’s a really hard feeling to explain to people.
I still feel like I failed and everything at 3 months post c section

I am so incredibly happy and grateful that my baby girl is here safely, and I would make the same decision all over again to keep her safe. But that doesn’t mean I have to love how her birth happened. I can be grateful for my healthy baby while still being sad about the birth experience I lost.

What are you all doing in this heat?!

Just wondering what you’re all managing to do in this heatwave to keep sane and not feel cooped up?! I’m managing to get out for an early walk with my 6 week old in the pram, but feeling incredibly limited during the rest of the day due to the heat and walking/ getting anywhere comfortably with my baby! Anyone else feeling this way?

Prayers and advice

Hey guys, this is my first post on here so be gentle lol I took my son to his nine month check up. Everything was going great and they measured his head like 2 to 3 times and they ended up coming back to me after the checkup and the doctor ended up putting in orders to do an MRI and your anesthesia for his brain. I’m freaking out. I ended up having a pretty bad delivery with him. The doctor said his head is bigger than her body guys. I need some advice. I already have the MRI scheduled, but I just need some advice and some prayers.

C-Section Pre-op

If you’ve had a elective section before, what happened in your pre-op appointment? How long did it take? What should I expect?🥴
