Getting closer?
My first time using these tests! (I know both are negative)
Would you say I'm getting closer to a positive? Top one was around 12pm, the bottom one was taken at 7pm.

I would say that they are positive!
If these are pregnancy tests, they're positive.
If they're ovulation tests, you are in the window now.
It depends on your luteal phase length as to how close you are to ovulation. I have a long luteal phase so I have tests the colour of your bottom test for many days before peak. Other people have shorter phases and can go from your top test to peak in a day or two. You'll need to keep testing for a few cycles to get an idea of your luteal phase length and how quickly your tests will darken.
