Hair pulling

Does anyone have any tips on how to stop my baby girl (1 next week) to stop pulling my hair? It’s the only way she will fall asleep and during the night (we bed share) she is constantly pulling it out. Not only does it really hurt, but she pulls so much out and I get nervous that it’s going to wrap around her fingers.

OMG! Exactly the same and not only when he is sleepy even when I carry him he soothes himself by holding my ears or hair 🤦🏽‍♀️! It absolutely hurts - I tell him firmly « it hurts no pulling » with a serious face and remove his hands - it works after a while but not when he is absolutely knackered …. 🙁
