Baby’s stomach not growing
I’m 33 weeks & 5 days. We’ve had issues with baby girls tummy growth which a few weeks ago went from 25%> 23% within two weeks apart. It is now at 4% and I’m being referred to the fetal monitoring unit.
Has anyone else had their babies tummy’s not grow? What were the causes? Any outcomes? Literally anxious and racking my head as to why.
Worth mentioning I am aware it could be the placenta but I’m super concerned? Like will she need to come early? I need to know all outcomes to be prepped

I had 2x small centile babies. One of mine had an abdominal circumference of <1st% for the last few weeks, my oldest son was around 5% abdominal circumference. Mine both had a congenital issue, but this wouldn’t already been picked up by now for you if it were the case so don’t worry. Both my boys were full term, they’ve both caught by about 18 months.
Wait till you see fetal med, sometimes the measurement is due to how baby is lay, different measurements etc. I always found the sonographers were more cautious and measured smaller than fetal med. They will check placental blood flow and stuff too. In the meantime just keep a close eye on movements x
