What’s everyone’s opinions on boys playing with baby dolls. My little boy who’s 10 months loves playing with his baby dolls and my dad (baby’s granddad) said he shouldn’t be and he should be playing with “boys toys” I told him it will make him more caring and he will grow up to be the best dad himself. He really disagrees

Outdated, sexist views, IMO.
Role play is an important part of how every child learns, develops and plays. Toys don’t have a gender. Give your child stuff to play with that they enjoy playing with and that encourages them to develop knowledge and skills, there’s nothing more to it than that.
And you’re absolutely right. You begin to teach growing children about responsibility, including parenting, chores, etc with what we expose them to. If we want young boys to grow up thinking taking care of babies is a woman’s job, or that girls or women can’t do specific things/jobs/wear clothes because they’re for boys and vice versa, how is that setting them up well for their future? My boys will grow up knowing how to clean, how to cook, how to care for other people, know that anyone can be anything they want to be, because I want them to grow up to be well rounded individuals.
And, my little boy LOVES a princess dress. I’m not going to tell him no!!

He doesn't need to agree. Set boundaries now and tell him you don't need his opinion on what he feels is right/wrong.
There is nothing wrong with boys playing with dolls x

My 2 year old loves a pram - it literally doesnt matter at this age or any really imho. Ondr he is older im sure he will naturally go to more "boys" toys. Though he like trains equally as much!
