Has anyone been away from their baby for a few days yet? I’m still breastfeeding and have started solids but have a short trip booked at start of October and feel so anxious about it. This is my third baby and I know she’ll be fine with her Dad but we feed through the night still and I’m just not really sure how to manage that change. I also don’t want it to put an end to breastfeeding for once I’m back either. My plan is to pump while I’m away to keep supply up. Any advice appreciated 🩷

I’ve had my girl babysat twice on separate nights and both times were an absolute nightmare she just isn’t great with people at all it’s really exhausting. However my first, she was absolutely amazing whenever someone had her didn’t cry once, I think it’s all just so different depending on child

My baby girl is also EBF and does not take a bottle (even with breastmilk). Although she does take it from a cup, It’s the comfort mostly that she depends on breastfeeding. Personally wouldn’t leave her and cause her stress

I’m the same, I’ve got a wedding in 2 weeks and so a family member is having my baby for the day and overnight, he takes bottles of expressed milk, and I’ll pump when I’m at the wedding, but he prefers to breastfeed to fall asleep so I’m worried how he is going to be. I’m trying to now get him used to naps and bedtime sleep with a bottle and trying to mix it up when he has bottles and breastfeeds so he doesn’t get too used to a pattern, but it is so hard as he can get quite upset

I left my baby for 24hrs at the end of April for a hen do. I pumped whilst I was away so my supply was fine. She was ok too!
The doctor told me you can't circumcise your baby boy with out the vitamin k shot, but I don't want him to have the vitamin K shot, but I do want him to get circumcised.
What are your guys experience?

I am waiting for my daughter to be 6 months to start a sleep training method. Currently, she only does naps on me and nights are divided into two where my husband keeps her until 10:30-11:30 (she sleeps on him) and then we co-sleep. I am not sleeping obviously since she eats often or wakes up because she wants comfort🙃.
Any advice? What did you do? What do you recommend?
She’s extremely attached to both of us and we tried the cry out method when she hit the 4month regression and it was HORRIBLE. I cried with her, she was way too young. She’s 5 months now and we’re going on a trip but as soon as we’re back, for my sanity we need to do something about it🥲.

hey everyone! i did a Keeping in Touch day today at work for the first time and left my little one with grandma, she was absolutely fine playing but when it came to nap time she cried so much because she usually feeds to sleep with me, around 4 months old she used to take a bottle no problem when I had my mum look after her but now she is refusing the bottle, I guess at 8 months she is obviously able to tell the difference and just doesn’t like it… Im just worried that she won’t nap properly when i go back to work fully because she won’t like feeding from the bottle.
Has anyone got any tips to teach baby to take the bottle too if they’re exclusively breast fed? Luckily today was just a half day so i ran to my mums to feed her and put her down 😀

My little one is two years old. We put her hair up or clip it back so it's not in her eyes. I had bangs when I was little and so did my sisters, so my mom naturally asked if I was going to give my daughter them. My husband has also asked me if we're going to. I'm not sure about it. Obviously if she asks for bangs when she's older she can have them, maybe I just have bad memories of trying to grow out my bangs for a while lol and having them be crooked when my mom tried to cut them herself.
