TTC tips?

Stop tracking via cm & get some ovulation strips & preferably start tracking BBT too. I say this because I tend to get egg white After ovulation & for a few days after too, so, it can be unreliable.
Him: for optimal sperm health ejaculate no more than once per 24 hours but no less than twice a week (can have a week of duration your period). CoQ10 200mg once per day, a men's multivitamin (we used Wellman original, doesn't need to be TTC specific) & if it's still taking a long time D aspartic acid 1000mg 3 times per day for up to 90 days.
You: 200mg 3 times per day (don't take 600mg at once, there's only so much your body can absorb, space doses out) take a prenatal multivitamin or folic acid starting at least 3 months prior to TTC. Mediate & relax at least half an hour a week, or 5 minutes per day preferably.
& bare in mind it's like trying to roll a 5 or 6 on a dice. You'll have to be lucky for either number to come up straight away. But keep rolling & that 5 or 6 will come up eventually. Good luck 🤞
