To the Moms who have no village- no help to step in at all- how do you do it?
We’ve been very fortunate to have always had regular help from my in-laws but due to ill health that help is no longer available. We were so extremely grateful for their help and often found ourselves saying we don’t know how we’d do this without them. I know the privilege that is and it most definitely wasn’t taken for granted
I’m extremely nervous about it. In the most difficult of days, I had a countdown in my head to those days they’d come give us a break and that helped me so much. Now there is no countdown and there is no break and I’ve never had to do this before
Any practical advice would be greatly appreciated; I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old

Never had any help from anyone! 😕 all I could say is just do whatever works for you and the kids❤️

It’s tough without a village for sure. We used to have a friend next door who would occasionally help out with things like sitting with the monitor in the evening so I could go to the shops etc, but since we moved we have literally nobody as we know nobody in the area. It’s tough, for sure but you just kind of crack on with it, and try to support each other. We have thought about getting a baby sitter to get a break or an evening out just the two of us but as we don’t know anyone that’s very hard to do.
No real tips I can give, except lean on each other to get some escape where you can. If you can get any child minding then that may give you a small break too and invite any friends or family over so at least you can perhaps have a couple of hours where they entertain your kids and take the pressure off

It is hard but honestly you will find a way. I have a routine that helps feel like it breaks the week up like I'll do a stay and play one day, walk in the park another day, which helps as it gives me something social as well as bubba because I can chat with other mums

We pay for a cleaner once a week. This is a huge help.
If we want to go out for date night, we pay for a babysitter.
If you find a good mum friend who is local to you and you trust, you can also do mutual childcare whereby she might look after your kids for a few hours so you can run any errands or attend appointments etc and then you return the favour.
But basically, all your village will need to be outsourced and paid for.

Is a NHS fertility clinic ok? Or is it better to go to a private clinic?
I feel so confused about ivf clinics as I have had 2 children naturally.
I never expected to pay to put a baby in my uterus. Crazy 😵💫.
There a clinic in Manchester seems loads cheaper than Nottingham I don’t know why. But I’ll need to do it in school holidays because I can’t have time of work.
3 years trying to have a 3rd so stressful wasn’t expecting this.
I’ve been for a private scan, I have high egg reserve. I just want my baby, 3 years now 5 losses. Pissed off. Fed up.

I’m currently 3 months pp almost 4 months pp. I slipped up and didn’t check my Flo app before doing the do and when I went to log it, it said that I’m at my highest peak for ovulation. I am highly worried about getting pregnant this soon after having my daughter. I live with my family and it’s already tight with my daughter, my boyfriend and myself, I really don’t know how I will have another baby in the room.
Clearly it’s too soon to test because it was the other day but this is literally the same time last year I got pregnant which would mean they would be close in birthdays within like days.
I am honestly stressing so any advice? Or words for reassurance?
