Could be Braxton Hicks!

Not had period type pain but feeling sharp Streachy pain in my tummy but not lower tummy. I'm 31 weeks

Depends, if concerned call triage

I am 34 weeks and also started having occasional cramps around lower abdomen/lower back. Think it’s completely normal foe this stage as long as it’s nothing with a pattern ☺️

I’ve had similar when I’ve been walking for a bit, but does settle down after I’ve rested. I spoke to midwife about it - most likely Braxton hicks x

The women saying Braxton hicks have had very different Braxton hicks to me with my first because they were never painful and felt like my belly got tighter, not at all like period cramps! I've had cramping on and off almost my whole pregnancy and the doctors have always told me it was normal with the stretching and weight gain. Especially when I had to stand a lot at work etc 😊
I had my daughter a 8 months ago, I told my husband that always had a baby girl named picked out since I was about 13 years old. And he was OK with it. He just changed the spelling which I’m not a huge fan but I still love her name.
Her first name is Sunni middle name Ella Rae. I don’t really love the Ella part or how Sunni is spelled I think it should be spelled as Sunnie so it makes more sense. A few people have commented on it, aka my mother-in-law to be specific. Did I choose a real name for my daughter?

Hey, I am being induced closer to my due date and the consultant has mentioned using the balloon for induction. I had a pessary when induced with my second.
Anyone had both methods and can tell me how different those labours were or wasn’t? 🩷

Is it a good idea for a baby to move home every 3/4 days to co parent?
I want to breast feed which I wouldn’t be able to if we do 50/50 and I feel that’s unfair to both me and the baby I’m pregnant with.
Is it ever a good idea to 50/50 share a newborn baby? Am I wrong to say no?
I won’t get into baby daddy situation but he’s awful. Regardless of that is it ever a good idea for a newborn to bounce between homes so often? I would be ok with the idea from when the baby is 12 months but immediately after birth I think is a crazy ask from the dad.

My daughter is 4 days old, today her cord has bleed and a few hours later has fallen off.
It is red on her belly button (not sure if it’s slightly swollen or just got a bit of an outy belly button) and there is a small amount of yellow puss inside her belly button.
Is this normal or something I should get checked out?

I’m 33 weeks tomorrow and I feel bad that some days I just want to be left alone and veg on the sofa! Does anyone else feel the same way? My boyfriend is super active and never sits down. When he makes a joke that I’m sitting around, I just get emotional about it. I just cry! 😅 And then I feel stupid for crying! It’s like a continuous cycle. But when I am on my feet all day, I get horrid pelvic pain, leg and bum pain. I just try to make myself move! I’m just finding it difficult to be kind to myself. Some days are worse than others I suppose.
