Had my second Aug 28th, which resulted in a choice of a forceps assisted birth or c-section.. I chose forceps thinking it’d be the “smoothest” recovery outta the two… now being told at my first checkup it’ll take 8-12wks+ to heal?? W physical therapy… oh? But I felt fine (as fine as I could that is..)
Till today I skipped my stool softeners the last few days… let’s just say I’m traumatized OUCH🥲. Any mamas got some recommendations & tips for this long road to recovery?
Also… how was the first spicy time after? How long till you tried? What was your experience cause I MOSS MY MAN!💔 (Dint worry ima heal first) but at this point ion want touched for the next 3yrs😭🥲.

I had a second degree tear I had help with the vaccum and had to had my placenta manually tooken out we did have spicy time way before I was cleared tbh it wasn’t bad just know I needed a bit more time to heal and we did that now it’s about normal now I do occasionally have pain here and there or it’s a bit uncomfortable if I’m not fully ready
Had a 4D scan today and it was amazing! This is my 4th baby and I can honestly say it still amazes me! His efw is 1lb 12oz 😳🙈 and his head is very comfortable in my ribs whilst I get kicked repeatedly in my vagina 🤣

For moms who have had both a 4th degree tear and a C-section? which experience was better? For the birth itself & recovery. I am traumatized after my 4th degree tear but still want more kids in the future. I’m still hurting 7 weeks PP and I don’t even want to chance another severe tear and have been thinking about a planned C-section for future births.
I’m a FTM and had pre-eclampsia and had to be induced and my body was just fighting the induction the whole time. I pushed for 5 hours just to end in a forceps delivery and 4th degree tear🤦🏼♀️

I contacted the doctors on Friday and they sent a self-referral link Friday afternoon which I completed. I'm still waiting for a call.
