I feel everytime my 4 week old is awake she’s either crying because she’s hungry or crying because she’s tired. I’m yet to see any content and awake time from her. Is this normal for this age?

Yes x

Very normal! They should still be sleeping most of the day at this age and literally just waking up if hungry or uncomfortable(wet/dirty nappy)
Yes I think she’s getting overtired which then has a spiral effect for the rest of the day - finding it hard to get her to sleep tho as she doesn’t settle easily and I have a loud 4yo at home 😂
Im at sahm with a 19 month old who cosleeps naps and bedtime. So i literally never without her. I can't do anything in peace which has now resulted in constipation because the girl never gives me a break and whenever I need a poo she decides to have a meltdown so hence the constipation. She won't independently play and even TV doesn't captivate her. Help!

Going through 4 month regression and I’m so tired. I want to co sleep but my baby was born at 36 weeks. So the advice is not to co sleep. I don’t know what to do

My 5 week old is unbelievably noisy while asleep so much so I can’t sleep myself, when do they start to get quieter? Google is saying 3 months 🥴

Any tips on just getting out more with the baby? She is 3 months old and fights her naps terribly, so once she’s tired she will just scream and in the house I have to stand and rock her so I worry about going out because she will scream in the car and when out in public but I’m going crazy being in the house or just wandering around the streets. It’s really starting to affect me 😢

Anyone any tips for preventing this? He’s just turned 4 months and keeps rolling to his side in his sleep and walking up really unsettled, I try put him on his back and he just goes straight back over, I’m obviously worried about suffocation if he can’t one day manage to get himself back on his back

My little one has consistently slept through the night since 9 weeks old which we are very grateful for! However these last 2-3 weeks she is stirring in her sleep multiple times a night. She thrashes her head around, makes grunty noises and slams her legs up and down. She might make the odd cry noise but she is fully asleep while doing all of this and settles herself eventually.
I feel like I have to stay awake while she is like that (I don’t think I’d be able to sleep anyway) and it’s now happening around 5-6 times a night. I feel useless because all I can do is sit there and watch her. Sometimes I think I wish she was actually waking up for a feed because then at least there would be reason for me being awake.
Does anyone’s else’s LO do this? Is this part of the sleep regression! Any tips?
