Hi everyone, my baby is 13 weeks old. I have always felt that things have been up and down some good days and weeks and some not so good but this last week I have been finding myself struggling more than ever. I have cried every single day I just feel very overwhelmed. I’m so so so tired. My husband works all day so I’m on my own every day though I do have visitors like my in-laws and my parents only live around the corner so I go and see them quite a lot. I do try and get out for walks and I do try and keep myself busy but a lot of the time it feels like I’m just going through the motions, he’s around in the evenings and I get a little bit of a break. I also do every overnight so all of the feeds and changes throughout the night. One of the things I’m struggling most with is I’m really struggling with myself confidence as a mother, my baby will cry for 20 or 25 minutes. I will try everything I can and nothing will work and I won’t be able to calm her and I will just start crying and get really overwhelmed. I feel like other mums wouldn’t get so overwhelmed so quickly and it makes me feel like I’m rubbish and I lack patience and resilience. I’ve heard of mums whose babies cry for hours and hours upon end and I feel a bit pathetic that I can’t even hear my baby cry for 20 or 25 minutes without falling apart, I can’t work out if I have some postpartum depression or if I’m just really struggling with the reality of being a Mum and struggling with the tiredness et cetera that go with it.

At what age did you let your little one have crayons / activity books you get when at a meal at a restaurant?

I’m sorry to be annoying but I just don’t understand childcare tax free account on the gov website. My boy is due to start nursery next week and I’d like to take advantage of the tax free but I just don’t understand it.
Could someone please spare some time to explain it to me please?
Thank you

My little love has started wanting more and more milk like 200ml was his last feed and still wanting more, he will chew on my finger and his gums look a bit red. Could he be teething this early?

Hey, so I’m taking my 10 month old to Tenerife next week (my first abroad holiday with her), and was just wondering what essentials I need, how did people deal with washing bottles and sterilising, what water to use, do I take a car seat? The hotel states they will supply the travel cot, but do I just take my own instead or will the one there be okay. Any help/advice would be great☺️

Hi guys! My baby is 4.5 months and i was wondering on whether or not to starts solids. Whenever me and my partner are eating she’s constantly focused on the food. She also puts anything from her hands to her mouth. Do you think I could start giving her purees like avocado?
