Yea there's a whole new child in front of me and it's really hard as I feel like I'm grieving my old child! She can still be a delight but in the same minute she can turn evil and scream and hit and not listen etc. it's exhausting!

I feel you my 4 year old is the same by the end of the day im absolutely drained especially when we are out he loves to run off especially when going to the supermarket I end up either having to make him sit in the small trolley or he goes in the buggy to avoid him screaming and tantrums because he will pick up things off the shelves and throw them when he doesn't get his own way whenever in the shops I get he loves having my attention 24/7. Still, I don't get a break. There is me time. I give all my energy to my son and have very little energy left for me, and my son's dad isnt in his life, doesn't even try. It's all on me, and I have no other support in Birmingham, as mu family lives in London. And honestly, the 7-week holiday has been the worst, especially with toilet training. Managed to get him to poo and wee in the toilet, but will not ask for the toilet. I'm losing my mind, I can't wait for him to be back at school and starting reception. I hope his behaviour does change.
