Yes my son was born Christmas Day , at the moment while he’s small we will continue Christmas Day (we have older children) but once he’s old enough we plan to do a half birthday in the year then do half a day of celebration for him

You could use his estimated due date as his birthday and celebrate Christmas on Christmas day, that way hes got a birthday and youre able to spend Christmas together, thats what im going to do with my baby ☺️

I was born on 28th Dec and my sister on 24th Dec. We got used to share our bday with xmas festivities! It was all a big day and the house was always decorated and a feeling that was a party. Not a problem at all, as it was what we got used to. The plus side is that I never had school or homework during my birthday 😊😊 my baby was born on 24th Dec.
24th Dec will be more about him than xmas (or than my bday or my sister's bday) 😊😊

Real Life Hospital Bag Needs

Hey lovely moms! I’m 36 weeks now and I’m trying to get everything together 😂

What is ACTUALLY needed in the hospital bag? I’m sick of seeing all the social media influencers and what they bring.

I imagine clothes for a few days, unsure if i bring pads and such? Also, I plan on exclusively pumping so do I bring my breast pump with me? I see some people do, and some people don’t.

Any advice helps, thank you ♡

Planned c section nerves

I have my planned c section this week due to baby being 95th percentile and I don’t want to be induced im absolutely petrified I have never had surgery in my life, I’m also scared of the recovery but at the same time I cannot imagine being induced .

I have said if baby comes naturally before then I will try but yeah I also told family when it is and the judgemental comments have come rolling in which is making me doubt everything.

Any advice tips and tricks?

Waking up to some breast discharge 28w

Anyone else been waking up to some crusty breast discharge? It’s not every day and looks like just a drop or two and usually only from one breast or another. A Google search says it’s normal but I’m just curious as to how many of us are actually experiencing this.

Edit: when I say crusty, I mean that’s how it dries on my shirt, I don’t actually know how it looks before it dries as it happens during sleep.
