Next appointment ask for antisickness to help. Eat whatever makes you happy and do it small but often

I'm in the same boat, but without the sickness. I have no appetite at all and aside from knowing I should eat, I could easily not eat all day. I try to have at least one good healthy meal per day, bulked out with healthy snacks... but I definitely have a few beige days in there which I know make me feel worse but I can't help it!

speak to your health professional who can help advise/ settle your worries. With the sickness, eating protein helps you feel less sick. Also try to eat well, as much as you hear people say eat what you want you do also want to eat healthy for you and the baby, you’ll feel better for it. But from my experience and from what I researched when pregnant, eating enough protein helps. I would still aim to eat 3 meals a day and any extra, feed your body with goodness where you can :)
