Why does no one warn you how big it can be !? Mine just fell out in the shower at 40+2, and it scared the life out of me !!!! Also no blood, just yellow .. sorry TMI

Baby’s tummy is big

Has anyone had anything like this? Baby’s tummy is measuring bigger than everything else and looks huge so I’m slightly worried!

I wish this stage of pregnancy were clearer 😭

I’m 39+1 with our first.
Super uncomfy today, actually only within the last couple of hours after I’d come home from being out for a while.
Dull ache where you’d normally get period pains, the occasional twinge that feels like my cervix being poked which isn’t comfy and I’ve also got an ache right at the top of my right leg almost in the groin area. None of these things are in any sort of pattern it’s just random aches/pains.

How on earth do we differentiate between “just pregnancy aches” and labour signs?! 😩

Morning after pill side effects

I took the morning after pill a week ago and a couple of days ago I started bleeding although now it's gotten like normal period heavy and I feel awful just like I do on my period, but I also only just finished my period a little over a week ago. Does anyone know if this is normal cos when I look online it says it's normal to have spotting but this is much more than spotting. Any help would be appreciated ❤️

Painful bum hole

Hey mamma's this is going to be TMI. I'm currently 9 days postpartum after having a emergency C-section. I was extremely constipated and struggled to poo it was painful but I managed to eventually. But ever since I've been getting these extreme stabbing pains in my bum whole and they just suddenly come on and last a few seconds then go but it's been on and off for about 3 days now. Has anyone else experienced this? And what helped to ease it because pain meds aren't helping.

20 weeks scan, small baby concern

Hey girls, had my 20 week scan on Wednesday, what a little bugger our boy was being, hiding his face, crossing his legs and had only his bum on show for most of the scan. Sent for 3 walks, truffle shuffled my dignity away and all seemed very lighthearted, but they did say when they finally measured him that hes only at 8.3 percentile instead of around 10 where they'd be happy and all would be considered okay. Was also told that my placenta is sitting very low so this will need extra monitoring. They said ill require a scan in another 2 weeks and then another 4 and then at 32 and 34 weeks too. I got so upset, our first baby and very long awaited so my anxiety has already been hard to battle. Anyone had similar and still had perfectly little healthy bubba? He was definitely being a cheeky chap but I feel like ive not grown him properly 😔

Thinking of going for a planned C-section... thoughts

I'm 27 weeks pregnant, I have type 2 and gestational diabetes. I got pregnant via IVF. I'm on blood thinners as high risk for clots.
I've got to have baby girl early due to the GD (even tho my blood sugars are controlled, not taking insulin and my type 2 diabetes had reversed before getting pregnant due to 9 stone weight loss). They've said I'll have to have her from 38 weeks. This is my first pregnancy to full term so the likelihood of me going into labour naturally before that point is quite low and so my options are either an induction or C-section.

I think I've made up my mind to go for an elective C-section but wanted to hear others experiences where the situation is similar.
