I’m having a hard time finding much support on this… Has anyone here experienced vanishing twin? We unfortunately lost baby A last week (around 9 weeks) but baby B is thankfully doing really well. My doctor didn’t have a clear answer for me about doing the NIPT and gender testing at 12 weeks… will the vanishing baby impact the results? Do we have to wait longer than normal to do the testing?

I have not experienced it, but I work with this all of the time!
First I’m sorry about your loss
Yes vanishing twin syndrome can affect the NIPT test!
And will effect the gender results because tiny fragments if baby dna could get misinterpreted to baby A,
You have to wait 8 weeks before you can have a NIPT test and a gender test! Xx
Any nappy recs advice for nappy leaks at night? My 7 month old has just started consistently leaking, I’ve sized up in nappies and tried Aldi and rascals but no luck.
Has anyone had better results with pull ups? He’s just big enough now I think but I wasn’t sure if Aldi pull ups are any good?

My 8 week old is still waking every 3 hours for milk. She strains, grunts and wriggles all night long. Its so loud that I am awake all night. I’ve tried infacol, dentinox, colief. We have changed her formula a week ago. She’s been to an osteopath (who said she was the calmest baby she’d ever seen 🙄) i’m at my wits end. I’m exhausted.

So it’s 6.35am and baby has slept through the night so obviously I have been waking every 30 mins panicking that somethings wrong and now wondering if I should wake him up. 🤣
He is EBF so my boobs are massive and leaking everywhere but yet the little prince keeps on sleeping. 😴
I really want to go back to sleep but I just know he will wake up the second I get comfy and start to drift off. 😩
Bloody kids!! 🤷🏼♀️🙈

No hate for having a sleepy baby please my first was an awful sleeper so I know how triggering these posts can be 😂… but
My 2 week old slept for almost 6hours last night and we woke him even though he seemed pretty tired and would have slept longer. He’s been a sleepy baby since birth but feeds a lot throughout the day and has surpassed his birth weight but my husband woke me last night to say we need to wake the baby to feed. I said I’d get up and pump and let the baby sleep but he said we shouldn’t let him go over 6 hours without a feed….
Should we wake him? Thoughts below please :)

My baby has just turned three months and he’s gone back to sleeping like he’s a newborn, so unsettled all night especially after his first stretch.
He was doing 6/7 hour stretches consistently and now it’s like he’s completely forgotten how to link his sleep cycles.
Does this get better or is this how sleep will be now?
