First period since baby
I’ve got my first period back already and the bleeding is so heavy. This happened with my first but I just want to see if this has happened to anyone else too?

Yep. Week 7 on the dot. Couldn't believe it. Do you breastfeed or express? It messed up my supply for a few days then I got mastitis when the milk returned with a vengeance. Just something to keep an eye on in case x
Week 7 for me, bleeding was super heavy! Having to change every 45mins! Xx
Week 6 and I’m shocked at how heavy it is even on day four. It used to be done by day four before pregnancy. Having to changed every hour or so. Hoping it settles down going forward 🤞🏻
6weeks tomorrow and cant believe how heavy it is. This js my second x

Pregnancy and anxiety
Has anyone else noticed a heightening of general anxiety since becoming pregnant? Feeling like I’ve started to loose my mind since becoming pregnant. I suffer from really bad sickness and still at 20 weeks I’m dependent on anti sickness meds. Don’t know if that’s playing a part but wondered if anyone else is feeling a little crazy? 😅😂 xx

Anyone that had gestational diabetes, I have to go for my follow up blood test but it doesn’t say if I need to fast or not, does anyone know?

Pregnancy pillow
I’m 5+4 and already suffering with pain in my back, hips and feeling stretching in my muscles. Has anyone else started using a pillow yet or can recommend any good ones?
