How to deal with anxiety

How are you guys dealing with anxiety this early? I found out on 9dpo (now 12dpo) so I’m 4 weeks tomorrow. I had a MC in February at 12 weeks so feeling super anxious this time around. I can’t help thinking every cramp or heartburn feels bad. Became a serial tester as well. Just waiting to get a dye stealer before contacting my chosen hospital.

How do you guys deal with the anxiety around it? I know I’m going to get an early scan at 7 weeks to make sure (assuming my lines carry on being dark)

Honestly I so relate, had an ectopic back in may this year found that at 7+4 and the worry if its going to be in the right place this time is unreal. The other half keeps telling me just to put it to the back of my mind, but that's easier said than done. I constantly check my pregnancy plus app to see what day I'm on and I'm still only 4+5. EPU told me to retest at 6 weeks then contact them to book in if the lines are still there. So have convinced myself to wait until then to retest. Good luck to you though, this is the hard part

I’m with you here! I found out at 9dpo I’m on like 25dpo now so 5+3 weeks. We’ve had 3 mc this year all at exactly 6 weeks so I’m very anxious this week. The epu put me on progesterone and booked me in for a scan on 22nd- I’m climbing the walls waiting to have a scan to make sure all is ok- my midwife wanted me scanned at 6weeks exactly but the epu wanted to wait until I was 7weeks.
I’m trying to take every day as it comes but like you every backache that gets worse- cramp makes me so nervous. I think it’s going to be a tough pregnancy when it comes to anxiety! I know it will be worth it but I 💯 understand what your going through- but we have got this and can do this together #maymama2027

Thankyou! It’s so nerve wracking isn’t it, especially after a loss. I didn’t think I would feel this anxious but all of a sudden I woke up and my head is spiralling x

I feel this! I had a miscarriage in Jan at 12 weeks too. I’m trying to take each day as it comes but it’s so hard not to spiral & get my hopes up because what if the same happens?! Good luck girl x

Uncomfortable…

2nd pregnancy, I don’t remember feeling this uncomfortable in the 2nd trimester with my last pregnancy. I think I got bigger earlier this time. Already feeling uncomfortable when sleeping and just feeling blah. I’ve gained about 10 lbs but my stomach is just already extended far.
Just a vent. I’m kinda counting down the weeks already…
