How do you encourage rolling?

Lots of tummy time, it’ll help them build up their core strength massively which’ll help a lot with turning over. Also use toys to encourage them too, babies are especially motivated by noisy toys 🥰 x

Hi lovely I work in a baby room at a nursery and all we say is lots of tummy time as much as baby will handle without getting to upset. To encourage baby to roll use toys and also reacting the motion can help as well so by getting them into position and rolling them can help too as it gets them use to the feeling and how to do it :) but also it will happen when it happens my baby didn’t roll until he was 4 months old ☺️ just don’t overthink it your smashing it !
