Rash, spots or blisters

My little boy had his jabs on the 20th August and the last few days has started to come out in some blisters and spots and some sort of rash. Can this be from the jabs or reckon it could be something else? Going to get him checked but just wanted to see other views too!?

Is that around the injection site. If so, our nurse mentioned that might happen approx 3 weeks after, as side effects can appear at weekly intervals for a month with this one. Just make sure you keep it covered as it can be passed on if that's the case.
