Tinzaparin injections.
I hate hate taking these, until yesterday all I had from the were bruises but now I have a lump which is so sore! Every time I knock it hurts, anyone else had this?

I had them from 12 weeks pregnant to when she was 10 weeks old, i had infection in my injection sites a few times, if the lump is sore and red with heat get it checked. I never found them easy and i still have discolouration on where my skin was bruised from the first injection now and my baby is nearly 7months old x
it just depends where you hit!! i had 6 weeks of them and sometimes they wouldn’t bruise, other times the bruise would be huge and so painful! i have no advice but i feel you!x
I had them end of my pregnancy and for 6 weeks after. My belly was so so sore after having my c section I ended up injecting in my legs. I asked the midwife and she said it’s completely normal and the lumps will go away in there own and they did

Yes! I took them from 28 weeks until 6 weeks pp… although I stopped them at 5 as I was so over them lol
I luckily didn’t bruise but would get tiny lumps at the injection site and would also get an itchy rash if I injected in the same area too much.
I mentioned it to my consultant and was advised to rotate the injection site more often as I kinda favoured one side
