Workout

Hey mamas! I’m about 13 weeks postpartum now, and I think I’m finally in a better headspace to start trying to lose some of the weight I gained during pregnancy. I was originally 140 lbs before I got pregnant, and I went up to 220 lbs during pregnancy. I dropped down to 200 lbs after giving birth, and since then I’ve made my way down to 193 lbs. ❤️

I just wanted to share my current workout plan and get any advice, tips, or encouragement from other moms on how to stay motivated and consistent! I’m trying to take things at a moderate pace and focus on getting stronger and healthier rather than rushing the process.

That looks like a great routine. Be mindful that you might not want to start that all at once. Ease in slowly and listen to your body. Being postpartum is humbling and it is a good idea to start super easy and build up.
