Tantrums
Just wondered how everyone is getting on? My little girl is 4 in October and the tantrums are insane. Almost every day now and they are so bad. I feel like no one elses child (that we know) are acting like mine 🙈... it makes me feel like ive done something wrong tbh ☹️.
Shes very sensitive, feels like tiniest thing and shes off. Its exhausting and it makes me feel so sad and people now comment etc. Is it normal? Any advice welcome! X

My son has got really bad lately too. If he doesn’t get what he wants right now then there is hell to pay! It’s so sad because he’s such a lovely kind boy but he’s turned into a devil and it’s not fun. His friends, girls and boys are all doing the same so it’s definitely their age! They say the 3s are worse than 2s
Oh goodness, my girl is the same. If she doesn’t get her own way, she will start crying or whining, but no tears…
Could have written this myself! For us its to the point where nursery have described him as "violent" and suggested he may be on the spectrum and struggling with Pathological Demand Avoidance. It feels like it has come on on quite suddenly though. I really want to believe its just age-appropriate (albeit heightened) behaviour and therefore a phase but its very hard to not just think the worst. Not suggesting this is the case in your situation btw, sharing to let you know that you're not alone in dealing with the insane tantrums!
My girl is the same! I look at other peoples kids and think they’re so easy compared 😆
She tantrums over ANYTHING but only when it’s me, if her dad is home she’s so different. We have the daily tantrum about what she’s wearing, her socks, her hair, her shoes before work - it’s exhausting x
