Idk how i feel about it
I have been seeing this guy for about 6 weeks I've known him very casually for a year or two but he has intentionally met my daughter just twice accidentally when we've been out and bumped into him i hadn't even told him her name until we started seeing eachother. Its my birthday soon and he said he bought me something which is whatever but then he also said he also bought me something as a present from my daughter because he said he didn't know if anyone would get me anything from her (she doesn't have a dad). I know he's probably just done it to try and be sweet because he is a very caring person but it kind of annoyed me a bit and i feel a bit weird about it but I don't know if im overthinking it and overreacting a little bit?

That would make me feel weird too 😅 im so protective over my kids it feels like a thing you would do in a deep relationship
He probably googled what to do for someone with kids and forgot to gauge the situation for himself! I'd give him the benefit of the doubt for now as seems to be a kind gesture. Tell him how u feel tho cos things should always be out in the open xx
