Nappy rash

Now I’m a new mom to my 5 month old and this might be TMI to some people but just needing help about it he’s got a massive rash on both side of this inner thighs by his bits he’s not irritated by it don’t get me wrong it looks okay I’ve been putting Sudocrem on it every time I change him but need some help to know what’s the best product to get rid of it
