14 weeks

I know it’s probably not colostrum but after a couple of hours my nipples seem to have a tiny amount of what I can only describe as “gunk” it’s slightly off white and hard at the surface then a little sticky. It is tiny amounts like just enough to be noticeable. I am 14 weeks so far too early for any milk production, is this something I should talk to midwife about?

i had something similar start happening around 20 weeks and i mentioned it to my ob she said it was colostrum and i got some bra pad inserts specifically for that and theyve helped a ton! i just wear them during the day and take them out when i get home since thats when i noticed the leaking the most

I had the same thing happen around that time. Its colostrum. Nothing to worry about just dont start collecting till 36 37 weeks if you choose to.

It is colostrum. It starts pretty early into pregnancy, your just not meant to physically extract it until 37 weeks x
