I’ve been trying to lose weight, I’m almost 200lbs but I don’t look like it. All I do is eat, literally… that’s all I do. Any recommendations?

I am following this post too. Im looking for tips to loose weight. I need someone to motivate me as well

When you say you are just eating , do you mean overeating and binging? If so you need to find the psychological reason behind this as to why this is happening and what emotions are you experiencing in that particular moment in order to stop this cycle. So next time if you feel like you want to over eat - think and analyse the main reason.

So for example today I ate oatmeal then maybe 2 hours later a homemade chipotle bowl then captain crunch cereal and taquitos with green tea

What helped me to stop just eating was to start counting calories and weighing everything to figure out what and how much goes into my body. Also eating high protein meals. For example the oatmeal I would put in a spoonful of peanut butter, shredded apple ( I just like that), and a scoop of protein powder which fills me up until lunch. If I'm hungry before I eat a piece of fruit and a couple crackers to get me through

I eat a lot too, mostly because I’m breastfeeding, but I walk a lot as well and that seems to help. How many months postpartum are you?

Buy a walking pad! They have ones on Amazon for around $100 (ones with an incline are best) walking at a slight incline burns weight faster as your fighting your body weight, you can get your steps in while watching a show and just forget your even walking. Such a good way to burn calories, start at half an hour a day and work up too an hour or so or however long you can manage 🫶🏻

I struggled with my weight a lot after my kiddos, the only thing that worked for me is a calorie deficit. I use an app called “Myfitnesspal”, you put in your weight/ height and goals and it’ll give you an idea on how many calories you can have a day.
I would be in the gym almost everyday over an hour doing all types of classes, cardio/ weights etc and that was never enough. The deficit is the only way I was able to see any results on the scale.
It is hard for sure 💕 be patient with yourself

Cut out processed foods and eat whole foods like more fruits and vegetables
