Birth control question

I’m on the implant in my arm had it for about 4 months now recently I have been cramping non stop (they typically come and go in waves) feels like my period cramps but a bit worse I stoped bleeding when I got it put in. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m so confused on what I should do. (I also don’t know what group to put this in too.)

Definitely recommend talking to your obgyn about what to look out for in negative side effects. could be how your body reacts warranting a need to change over if it keeps happening/ if it keeps exceeding your capacity of handling side effects. Im on the shot and because of my age she said Im more prone to the negative side effects so I likely would want to switch over eventually. Definitely got hit with them so for my next dose I’m going in and just asking to switch back to pills.

Could be cramps when your period would normally be on just without the bleeding.

Mum friends - how do people make friends?!

Finding it super difficult to make mum friends at the moment! My little boy is nearly 10 months and I haven’t succeeded in anything more than a few messages or if I talk to people in person at a baby class, it’s just a quick small-talk convo and it never goes anywhere! Feeling a bit deflated because I’d love to have a small group of like minded mums to chat to as none of my friends are in the same stage of life as me ❤️

So I have this small dry erase board and my dad that passed away a few years ago wrote a happy birthday message to me on it dose anyone know of a way I can seal it so it’s permanent and won’t erase I was thinking to pour mod podge over it slowly put I’m scared of it smudging or getting erased
