What should I make of this situation? I’m in a long-term relationship but have become friends with a single dad from my child’s nursery. Our children play together, and we talk regularly.
We’ve had a few playdates together, but most of the time it’s just me, him and the kids. We’ve both met up with the children without my partner, although always invited but generally chooses not to come for whatever reason or because they have other things to do. The invitations to meet up have come from both of us, so it isn’t one-sided.
As far as I’m aware, the friendship is completely platonic. There’s no flirting or anything obviously inappropriate, and the focus is usually on the children.
Does this sound like an innocent friendship, or could there potentially be more to it than that?

I believe men and women can be good friends, I hate when people say they can’t because it always turns romantic or sexual. However, are you sure that you asking this question isn’t because you’re feeling a little something? Maybe you’re just enjoying the male company and that’s absolutely fine, but I’m just wondering what’s making you ask the question of what to make of it? No judgement here at all, and if you want someone to speak too you can always pop me a message☺️

Well there's always a possibility tbh that either are attracted to the other however as adults be smart about it because other halves are involved. But y'all can Def just be friends too. It's for the kids.
