Playing

I have a boy but he used to play with his toys all the time and has recently become rather clingy and would rather follow me or take over what I'm doing 😅. Must be common in this stage. But hes recently started reception so I put it down to he either misses me or just finds what I'm doing generally more interesting. Or even the fact hes spending more time with kids than he is in his own and just prefers to be in company instead 🤷‍♀️

Sounds like she has too many toys available at once. Anything over 16 is overwhelming and actually stifles independent play.

Also I'd have the toys in the shared space. If she's at school all day she probably doesn't want to come home and play separate from you.
