Weird rash looking spots
My 9 month old has randomly come up with tiny red dots all over her back , tummy , privates and thighs. Since yesterday night .. anyone know what this is ? Have to zoom in , really hard to see in pictures.

Heat rash? Too warm check clothing material kids are sensitive try cotton or bamboo pjs
Often my son gets rashes when he has or is getting a cold or whatever. When I've asked about it at GPs etc I've just been told it's a viral rash. Obviously if you're worried get it checked out, and do the glass test, but I think rashes themselves are pretty common.
