Hi ladies, for those that have given birth at Russell’s Hall Hospital, what items do they provide for free for both you and baby? Just started packing my hospital bag, and will be useful to know what I could be getting post birth! Thank you xx

From memory from 2 years ago they provided a hat and blanket which I gave back before I left, but other than that nothing!
They have hats, blanket that you return, they have a birth ball and a peanut ball… pads, gown, honestly I packed everything and the kitchen sink, the only things I used was my after birth outfit and baby’s first outfit and nappy
I was given a hat and cardigan for my LO as his temperature was low i asked if they would like it back they said no, other than some pads you don’t get Anything given to you
It’s upto to pack your bags accordingly for you and Baby
