My baby just turned 4 months old, and I’ve been dealing with a lot of wrist pain. I’ve tried almost everything I’ve found online, but nothing seems to be helping. The pain is especially bad in the mornings, and sometimes it’s difficult for me to even hold my baby because of it. I’m not sure what else to do and would really appreciate any advice.
