Pumping/bottle
Hi guys, my LO is 15 days old and breastfed, I’m wanting to pump and introduce a bottle so that the dad can help out with feeding and also a little freedom for myself.. We’ve tried dummies and she won’t take them, which then makes me worry she won’t take a bottle:( at what point should I introduce a bottle so it’s not too late? And should I pump on the other boob when I feed her? TIA🫶🏽

Do you need to do it immediately? As it’s best to wait until at least 6 weeks to allow your supply to regulate and avoid nipple confusion x
Mine won’t take a dummy but loves the bottle - bottle and dummy are the same teets too so work that one out 🙈🥲
I use the haaka on my other breast when feeding and can usually collect a feeds worth a day then from doing this xx
