Getting back to swimming
I'm 5 weeks pp and I want to get my toddler back into her swimming lessons before she turns 3 in a month, as that's when she'll start going in without me and I want to build her confidence back up before then as we've obviously been on a break from lessons while I had a baby.
I think my incision is healing well but there are still some stitches and red areas.
Just wondering how long others waited before going back in the pool?

I didn’t take my eldest back to lessons (he swam with dad in the meantime) until 10 weeks pp as my incision was still scabbed until then. I wouldn’t swim with stitches and red areas personally pools are a breeding ground for germs x
